It's Not About Pretty

  Many thanks to South Bay Magazine for bringing me in to write this first person piece about why women in the South Bay rock. I couldn’t think of a more fun subject than women in sports to get to write about! Hope you enjoy the read. xx

  Had a great day working with this lively crew from Competitor Magazine!  Loved that all the girls had been training together in pairs to get ready for an upcoming marathon which made them so much fun to be around. Getting to dress them all in the latest, greatest Saucony gear head to toe made it even better!  Cupcakes, a DJ, and a fun group of creatives makes jobs like this a dream.

Photo: Scott Draper  / Hair & Makeup Antonella Annibale  / Stylist Cindy Whitehead Fun day styling the cover of Competitor Magazine for a program called “26 Strong”.  Saucony & Competitor Magazine sponsor this unique training program which  consists of 13 experienced runners to  serve as mentor coaches for 13 novice runners who are in search of their first marathon finish. Pretty cool day meeting these girls and hearing about the training & bonding they have been doing.  

  I’ve been very lucky to work with the team at Wrangler doing styling on various projects for many, many years. Here is a recent commercial we shot for their advance comfort line of jeans with NFL star Drew Brees. Great shoot in San Diego with Drew and his awesome family. Can’t wait to see the print ads featuring the whole Brees family together.
