"Hell Yes" To Summer

Shit I am loving right now:

This bitchin’ hotel I stayed in recently on the beach in Carlsbad. How rad is that pool right on the beach?

Paddleboarding in the cove near my house with friends all morning in crystal clear water that was as warm as a bathtub.

Getting to see/hold a SHARK egg for the first time ever. Weird looking isn’t it?

This beautiful “fish” surfboard at the Quiksilver Women’s store in Malibu. The shape and colors are radness.

A new fashion score. This insane bohho kimono from Clover Canyon. So frigging ME.

The best scent ever!!  Zogs Sex Wax now comes in candles. This one is the original coconut smell. This is THE surf wax I used all through my youth. Best shit ever, & it brings back all those lazy summer days spent at the beach surfing & hanging with friends.

  I have to say, Agenda is my favorite trade show that I go to during the year. With it’s perfect mix of action sports x lifestyle it’s everything I love. I was great seeing brands like Art of Board (amazing what they are doing!), Ollo Clip (how sweet is that set up!?), Nixon, my old friend Jay Adams and Z-Flex, art work by the rad Craig Stecyk, and I have to share that everyone was talking about the black neoprene bikini by Tavik . Sexy! This year was even better than ever with the new WMN’s section of the show that was added. A lot of great brands that I know and love were grouped together for easy viewing and placing orders.  Nice to see younger companies like The Seea and Mint Clothing   at Agenda for their first time joining brands like Wildfox, Nasty Girl and more.. I always make time to go to Agenda to visit some of my existing clients, and also to see what’s new that might work for photo shoots or editorial pieces I have coming up in the next few months. Sometimes “work” is the same as pleasure in my book. Sending the day at the Agenda Trade Show was one of those days. Got to see a lot of old skater friends, friends in the fashion industry and people at various brands I am lucky enough to work with. Checked out some cool new stuff in the skate and surf industry and had a killer time at the Concrete Wave Magazine BBQ. Pretty much a rad Friday. Oh yeah and I got in a little surfing. lol Hope your weekend was awesome!

Wave check from my villa’s balcony in Sayulita, Mexico this week. Some weeks life is tough. Just rolled in from Sayulita, Mexico last night. Had a bitchin’ time and I have tons of cool stuff to post & share – from outfit posts, to beach & jungle locations to skateparks and rad boutiques. I tried to cover it all, which is hard when you are downing margaritas and eating amazing food all day, but hey, I somehow “managed”!
