Remember when I was in Indianapolis on a big shoot a few months ago? Well I met the coolest girl, Kelly Kruthaupt, who was one of the stylists on our team. Kelly embraced me from the moment I arrived & introduced me to a whole world in Indy that I never would have known existed. Art gallery openings, a local magazine that looks like it’s straight out of Europe (Pattern Mag) , awesome food and cool people.That city is full of fashion and art!

Kelly styled a couple rad editorial spreads for Pattern Magazine this month and I thought I’d share one of them with you – pretty frigging awesome right? I gotta give total props to Polina Osherov who is the editor in chief of this gorgeous magazine – she works her ass off to make this happen for the artists of Indy – which takes time, money, dedication, and artistic vision.  It takes a really special group of people to start/create a fashion mag this amazing from scratch. Congrats to all the artist who come together to make this publication happen!  I may just have to move to Indy…

  Anytime I get to style beautiful pro surfer and shark attack surivor, Bethany Hamilton, it’s an awesome day! This time was for her red carpet appearance for her new movie UNSTOPPABLE that premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York City.  She just gave birth to her second son, Wesley, five weeks before, and she looked glowing and great. Bethany and her outfit got a lot of love from the media site JUST JARED, so I thought I’d share what they posted about her. UNSTOPPABLE a great movie, (3 years in the making)  so mark your calendars when it’s released in a theater near you – you won’t want to miss it. The film is directed by well know surf cinematographer, Aaron Lieber. Female Olympians For CSQ Magazine

  Always a fun day when you get to work with amazing female Olympians, especially when the shoot is at the LA Coliseum. I’ve worked with Olympian Allyson Felix over the years, but I hadn’t had the pleasure of working with Olympian Janet Evans, so that was a real treat.  These ladies were so professional, easy and fun and I loved seeing them grace the cover of CSQ Magazine. On The Road Again...
